Alvis does not have crisis response services and we do not have detoxification facilities.

If this is an emergency and you are experiencing a mental health or addiction crisis, call or text 988 at any time to be connected with a trained specialist who can offer immediate help and support. 988 is a direct connection to compassionate, accessible care for anyone experiencing mental health distress.

If you are experiencing a general emergency situation, call 911. This will dispatch local fire, police and medical units to a given location.

Recovery Choices behavioral health treatment

If you are a person in need of treatment for behavioral health challenges, such as substance abuse and/or mental health disorders, Recovery Choices is here for you. We offer multiple levels of care in a supportive clinical environment.

Amethyst, an Alvis recovery program

If you are a woman or a woman with children who is seeking behavioral health treatment, suffering from trauma, and/or seeking to overcome involvement in human trafficking, Amethyst, an Alvis recovery program, is here for you. This is a holistic treatment program designed to address women’s treatment needs in a supportive community of recovery. We also provide educational support and prevention programs for the children of women in our treatment programs. Women who complete the program are with us for an average of 18 months.
