The HOPES (Hospitality Opportunities for People re-Entering Society) Pathways Home program trains justice-involved individuals for a career in restaurants, food service or hospitality while they complete their sentence, allowing them to smoothly transition to the workforce when they are released. It's a partnership between Alvis, the Ohio Restaurant Association Education Foundation and the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.
